What is it?
This guide outlines the steps necessary to access the SPE. By following this guide, you will learn about the authentication process and the different steps to access data in a secure manner.
Steps to Sign Up
Step 1: Access the Login Page
- Navigate to
https://access.lnds.luwith your favorite browser. You will see the initial login screen with the following options:- LNDS employee login
- Email and password
- Click on Email and Password.
Step 2: Register
- Click on the "Register" link below the login form.
Step 3: Fill in Your Details
- Fill in the required details in the registration form, including your email address, password, and any other necessary information.
Step 4: Set Up Mobile Authenticator
- You'll need to set up a Mobile Authenticator to activate your account:
- Install a supported authenticator app on your mobile device (Google Authenticator, FreeOTP, or Microsoft Authenticator).
- Open the app and scan the provided QR code.
- Enter the one-time code displayed by your app.
- Click "Submit" to complete the registration process.
Step 5: Save Backup Codes
- You will be prompted to save your backup codes. Print, download, or copy these codes and make sure to store them safely.
- Check the box: "I have saved these codes somewhere safe."
- Click Complete Setup.
Step 6: Verify Your Email
- You will be directed to a page instructing you to verify your email. Check your inbox for the verification email and click the Verify Email link to activate your account. Please note: For security reasons, you must click the verification link from the same device you used to register. For example, if you register on a laptop, clicking the verification link from your phone will not work.
Step 7: You Are Logged In!
- Once your email is verified, you are all set to start working on your SPE.
Steps to Sign In
Step 1: Access the Login Page

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
- Enter your Email and Password, that you used during registration.
Step 3: Two Factor Authentication
- Enter the two factor authentication code that you previously set up in your mobile authenticator.
Step 4: You Are Logged In!
- You are all set to start working on your SPE.
